Meet the Director: Kamil Ramlaul
Kamil Ramlaul has worked in the built environment as a quantity surveyor for 19 years. He has completed a BSc, Property Development in 2005 at the University of KwaZulu Natal and is a registered professional with the various professional bodies. During his career he has gained extensive knowledge and experience within the industry to become an accomplished Quantity Surveyor.
He is a highly motivated individual who has proven to be responsible & hardworking. Throughout his profession he has successfully managed various projects concurrently by displaying proficient time-management, interpretation and problem-solving skills & the ability to work well under pressure. His deep industry knowledge and strategic insight ensure that every project benefits from rigorous cost planning and robust risk management from day one.
Beyond his technical acumen, Kamil is celebrated for his meticulous attention to detail, unwavering integrity, and client-centric approach. An innovative problem-solver and collaborative leader, he continually embraces new methodologies and technologies, ensuring that KRK Professional Services remains at the forefront of cost certainty and value delivery in the built environment.
